21 lis 2022 · Rather than giving the team limited access or going back and making hundreds of items private, I want to be able to give them access to my calendar from today onwards, without seeing the past. I know something similar can be done via email sharing, I can select the dates to share.

20 mar 2023 · Instructions for sharing your Outlook calendar. With Microsoft Outlook, sharing your calendar only takes a few minutes and a handful of simple steps. Select Calendar > Share Calendar. Choose the calendar you’d like to share. Press Add and choose a recipient. Select Ok and add recipients with default permission access.

To share your calendar with a colleague or friend, tap the calendar icon on the bottom of your screen.
