Find my trip. View your itinerary, make changes, or cancel flights. Forgot your confirmation code or ticket number? Reservations held over the phone cannot be purchased online. Please call our Reservations Department to purchase.
We may cancel your reservation if you are not present at the boarding gate and available to board the aircraft at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of your reserved flight, whether or not you have checked in for your flight.
The best way to cancel a Hawaiian Airlines flight is to do so online or through the Hawaiian Airlines app. You can also cancel your flight by calling Hawaiian Airlines customer service. The fees associated with cancelling a flight vary depending on the fare type and the amount of time before the flight.
On the Itinerary page, scroll down to the Seat Assignment section and click “Change Seats”. Select your desired seats for each flight. Click “Continue”. If you’d like to print the itinerary, click on the “Options” button in the upper right corner and select “Print”.
