Enter the following formula below: =ROUNDUP(E5/F5,1) In this expression, the E5 cell refers to the Distance ( number argument) in miles while the F5 cell indicates the Fuel in US gallons ( number argument).

14 cze 2018 · The Lookup Formula. To do the mileage lookup, the “Miles” column has an INDEX/MATCH/MATCH formula in each row. Read more about INDEX and MATCH on my website. 11 kwi 2020 · Re: Formula required for calculating mileage total to cost percentages. You are summing from B6 to get total , and each cell represents the total. =IF ( B6 <= 10000 , B6*0.45 , (10000*0.45)+ ( (B6-10000)*0.25) ) otherwise, if B7, B8 etc is the daily total. you may need to SUM B6 etc.

9 maj 2013 · Here’s the formula that returns the mileage: =INDEX(G3:P12, MATCH(A3,F3:F12,0), MATCH(B3,G2:P2,0)) Highlight the Mileage for Selected Cities. As an extra way to verify the results, I’ve added conditional formatting in the lookup table, to highlight the cell with the mileage for the selected cities.
