Gulf State Park's two miles of beaches greet you with plenty of white sun-kissed sand, surging surf, seagulls and sea shells, but there is more than sand and surf to sink your toes into.
25 cze 2024 · The beach at Gulf State Park is one of the best we’ve been to. The State Park has 3.5 miles of beach inside the park but it is 1.5 miles from the campground and accessible by bike, walking, and cars. There are a few ways to attack the beach to make a great day.
Adjacent to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is Gulf State Park with 6000 acres spanning the Alabama Gulf Coast and is home to nine unique ecosystems. Once in the park, you will find three lakes, trails, dining, and lodging. You also can't forget the three-and-a-half miles of beach for you to enjoy.
The park’s close proximity to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Fairhope and Mobile, provides Gulf State Park with several retail and restaurant options to choose from.

2 maj 2022 · Driving from along Highway 182 from Gulf Shores to Orange Beach (or vice versa), you’ll actually drive through the park! Turn north on Highway 135 to go away from the beach and towards more of the park’s natural beauty.
