Passengers may check in and collect baggage tags at the station's smart check-in kiosk between 90 minutes and 24 hours prior to their flight departure time. To check-in the baggage, please proceed to Cathay Pacific C2 counter (aisle C) at the airport at least 60 minutes before flight departure time.
Self-service Check-in. Check in and get your boarding pass from the kiosk, then proceed to the bag drop counter. If you have already completed online check-in, you can also get your boarding pass from the kiosk.
Feel free to approach our Commercial Services Counters to arrange hotels, hotel transportation, travel agents and other tourist-related services. The counters are conveniently located at Arrivals Hall A, Arrivals Hall B and the Limousine Lounge at Terminal 1 (Non-restricted Area).
Check-in Counters or Smart Check-in Kiosks A Flight Token will be created for departing passengers after they complete check-in procedures at a Check-in Counter or Smart Check-in Kiosk. This biometric token contains their travel document and boarding pass information.
