Arrive 2 hours before the flight for check-in, security and boarding. There are several ways to check in as well.
Check-in. In order to check in for your flight at Hong Kong Airport (HKG), go to the terminal where your flight departs from, or follow the instructions provided in your ticket.
In-town check-in service is now available at Hong Kong station from 6.00am to 11.00pm, and Kowloon station from 6.00am to 3.00pm. Passengers who have checked-in online may drop their bags at the bag drop counters.
Check-in for your flight from 48 hours prior to flight departure and confirm seat for you and your companions.
Self-service Check-in and Baggage Tagging. Check in, get your boarding pass and baggage tag from the kiosk, then proceed to the bag drop counter. If you have already completed online check-in, get your baggage tag and proceed to the bag drop counter.
