Electronic ticketing is required. Tickets may be purchased through the agency of record, or by calling the local American Airlines reservations number. In the U.S., call Meeting Services at 800-433-1790.
Worldwide phone numbers. You may be charged a service fee for trips ticketed by our Reservations offices, airport ticket counters, or travel centers in certain countries or regions. Not all international calls to American Airlines are toll-free. Cell phone rates may be higher than landline rates.
We offer special group pricing on both fares and amenities for groups of 10 or more traveling from one origination or multiple originations to a common destination for whatever takes you there - leisure, incentive, or company and meeting travel, including travel in premium cabins.
Group Fares. These fares apply only to group travel. For purposes of these terms and conditions, a “group” is a group of passengers traveling to the same destination satisfying the following requirements:

13 mar 2024 · The first way for groups to reserve tickets for more than ten passengers (as classified by American as group travel) is to book tickets under bunch travel on the American Airlines website. Group travel can be booked up to eleven months in advance and as late as 48 hours before the flight's scheduled departure.
