You can use this program to make Great Circle maps from any location in the world. The program has become quite popular and it is totally free! It is now in beta stage and may be lacking some features.
The Great Circle Mapper ( www.gcmap.com ) began in 1996 as a free tool for visualizing the shortest path between airports around the globe—a geodesic, commonly known as the great circle path—and for computing the distance along this path.
Displays a map on which the great circle path for one or more routes is plotted and calculates the distance along each route. Ranges from one or more locations may also be plotted, along with go/no-go areas for ETOPS operations at various rule times.
