I have been struggling the past few days to book some flights on the spirit website (I'm trying to use my points). Everytime I get to Passenger Information, the screen darkens and it is always stuck on loading.

You can also try logging in through Private/Incognito Browsing depending on your web browser's functionality and feature. I tried all of the above, still get Access Denied message.
I am unable to make new reservations on the Spirit.com website. I am getting a message that says "The customer information and the Free Spirit number do not match. Please update the form with the customer's Free Spirit number, or remove it completely if you don't know it."
