2 cze 2021 · There’s not even a mapping button in the Outlook appointments view. Contacts have a ‘Map it’ button but not ‘Location’ in an appointment – for reasons passing understanding. Our workaround is to paste a Google Maps link into the appointment notes.

The details are slightly different for earlier versions of Office and might be different for the 64-bit version of the current Office programs.

28 cze 2019 · How it works: someone sends me a meeting request. sometime before the meeting, i select the meeting and click a button to run the macro. It opens google maps to the location. It could be written to add a link to the appointment body (which is a good idea actually - i'll do a sample that does it).

Chat or call in Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 for the web. At the top of the page, select the Skype icon . Search for a contact in the search box, or select a previous conversation under Recent. To start a new conversation with multiple people, select New chat.
