Whatever platform they're using to send their SMS notifications is also being used by scammers/spammers, and since Flight Circle isn't paying for a dedicated number (Assuming here that that's what's happening), their notifications will come from the shared pool of numbers that the SMS service uses.
After my flight got canceled, I called what I thought was the airline's support number to rebook. The "agent" got my name, birthday, email, and flight booking number, which allowed them to access the flight info.
Please call these scammers and waste their time as much as possible as if you’re booking a flight with a lot of passengers. Lots of people are likely getting scammed right now. While reading a made up credit card, pretend to drop it a few times or pretend you can’t see it without your glasses.
If you need to make any changes to your flight, contact the airline directly—and make sure you use the contact info from the airline's actual website.
