Step 1: Visit the Microsoft Office 365 Education Portal and enter your FOL email. Step 2: On the next page, select “ I ’ m a student ” Step 3: Check your FOL email for a verification code (you will need this to finish registering).
To access Microsoft 365, please complete the following steps: Visit the Microsoft 365 Portal Sign in to your account using your FanshaweOnline (FOL) credentials (your username will be your FOL email address, e.g. username@fanshaweonline.ca)
Enter your Fanshawe College provided e-mail address as the username to login and your regular Fanshawe College account password. For students this would be username@fanshaweonline.ca Employees would be username@fanshawec.ca

Faculty & Staff login with their Fanshawe email address. Students login with their FanshaweOnline email address. The first time you launch the Fanshawe Myapps web page you will have the option to step through a brief tutorial. Click the link to view the apps that are available to you.
