8 mar 2012 · I use a 110/18 Wing needle, and the stitch I prefer is the entredeux stitch pattern (check in your sewing machine manual to see if your model includes this stitch). If your machine does not have it, try using the venetian, daisy, zigzag, or triple zigzag.

Lace to Fabric. Place right sides together. Fabric extends 1/8" from lace. Zigzag of the edge and over the heading of the lace. Suggested Machine Settings: Width 3.5, Length 1 (almost a satin stitch). Gathered Lace to Entredeux. Trim one side of the entredeux. Gather lace by pulling heading thread. Butt together and zigzag.
3 cze 2014 · Stitch a tiny zigzag (L and W=1.0) from the right side so that one needle swing goes into the "ditch" right next to the "ladder" of the entredeux, and the other needle swing just catches the fold of the fabric. Starch and press one more time.

Remove lace from board and place trimmed edge of entredeux and gathered lace header side by side, right sides up with edges touching. Length should be adjusted so left swing of zigzag hits as many consecutive holes in entredeux as possible.
