  1. 15 mar 2011 · I'm creating a calculator to calculate Time based on known distance and speed values. I have a spreadsheet that I downloaded that does this but it is protected and can't see the formula/cell format. The distances are short and the speed is fairly slow, and the time it takes is in seconds, not minutes or hours.

  2. 10 lut 2003 · Having a bit of a problem displaying calculated times using the distance speed formula. To calculate a time, I use (distance*60)/speed and get the resultant time in minute but how can I format the display to show it in hours:mins:secs. eg.. for 60mins, I'd like it to display 01:00:00. for 90min, I'd like it to display 01:30:00.

  5. 20 maj 2014 · Calculating the average speed is simple. Sum the distance and the time and divide the total distance driven by the total time used. But how do I calculate the minimum speed and the maximum speeds? To give an example: My last three rides have been 45,2 km/2:10 h, 13,6 km/0:45 h and 25,5 km/1:15 h.

  6. I'm doing time, speed, distance calculations where I have the speed and distance and I need to get the time in minutes. I then need to add those minutes to a running 24 hour clock. I know the calculation is (distance/speed)*60 to get the minutes but Excel gives me a decimal number.
