I looked up this problem and apparently, if you go so fast that the chunks containing the dogs are unloaded, they will not teleport until you go back to those chunks. This is a really big problem for me.
1 cze 2017 · If it's that far a distance, nether is your best bet...especially with multiple animals. If you have one, they will ride in boats with you. Make them sit, push them into the boat, then hop in yourself.
If it is a huge ocean, you can stock up on lily pads and blocks, go some distance then drop a lily pad and stick a couple of blocks next to it, dog should teleport over. You will need to do experiment to see how far you can go between teleports.
