I'm at 0.28 rep and stand to loose a few more rep points if I'm to get Skier and PK4 to LL4. Wiki suggests that all the quests that gave more than 0.02 rep have been reduced to give 0.02 rep. It's starting to feel a little much for a normal account tbh.
I think if Jaeger quests were all unlocked from day 1 (or maybe level 10 or something) it would allow us to complete them organically as we progress through the game. Chances are you've killed 4 scavs while suffering from pain during normal gameplay at some point, but since you weren't on that quest yet it didn't count.
Portable defibrillators work the best. About 130-150k on the Flea, and Jaeger buys them for ~128k iirc. You level him up super fast like that, with minimum money loss.
