Welcome to Air Force ROTC Detachment 003. Since its inception at the University of Houston in 2003, Air Force ROTC Detachment 003 has commissioned over 70 Second Lieutenants into the United States Air Force from 15 colleges and universities in the greater Houston area.

The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is taken twice a year (fall and spring semesters) to ensure cadets meet Air Force fitness requirements. Cadets who are in the General Military Course (GMC) but not on a scholarship must attempt the test but do not have to pass.
