Finding your booking reference. Your booking reference is a series of six letters and numbers used by the airline to uniquely identify your booking. Note British Airways references do not contain the numbers 1 or 0. See examples below. Please check the type of ticket you have and locate the booking reference as shown.
You can access Manage My Booking to view any flights on your booking, provided there is at least one flight with a British Airways flight number. Seat and meal request services, the Advance Passenger Information service, Online Check-in, if available, can only be used on flights with a British Airways flight number. Back to top.
