5 paź 2021 · If you right-click somewhere on your taskbar and then click on Taskbar settings, there is a small menu with the title of Personalization/Taskbar. Among the items is Widgets (next to last). Is it toggled to "on'? If not, toggle it to on. See if that works , for starters.

This older version has been updated to Notepad++ (with a frog in the icon; screenshot also attached) in Windows 11. Notepad++ always opens at the top of the document after minimizing (not closing) the document.
