File an FCC complaint online, someone from the AT&T Office of the President will call you back within a few days to work with you and get this sorted. This is especially strange because you started getting the credits, which typically doesn’t happen until they’ve already validated the trade-in.
1 lut 2021 · After about an hour with ATT customer service, and three call transfers yesterday I spoke with "customer service" for the trade-in program and lodged a complaint. They said I would hear in 24 to 48 hours which I'll give them.
