2 maj 2013 · AT&T gives out a pretty small slice of upload, sometimes 128Kbps, so any kind of P2P traffic will cause the pipe to overload. Even with a larger pipe, AT&T’s biggest is 768Kbps, you can flood it with upload requests which causes the pipe to slow down on downloads.
