Once you complete the Class E Knowledge Exam through a registered Third Party Administrator your exam information is automatically submitted to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) and this information is available at all driver license offices.
You can apply and pay for your test online at RSA.ie. You will need a debit or credit card and a valid email address. Alternatively, you can download an application form for a driving test (pdf) and apply by post. You can also get a copy of the relevant form from your local Motor Taxation Office.
