Once you have logged in with your service card number, you can change your password to your Travel ID email address or your User ID.
Please notify your Miles & More Service Team by telephone if your permanent service card is stolen. This card number will then be blocked and you will receive a new card number for earning miles. The plastic Miles & More service card is now a thing of the past and is no longer being produced.

Your ticket number is a unique 13-digit number that identifies your reservation. The first 3 digits of your ticket number are the airline code, which is always ‘001’ for American Airlines.
