19 sie 2023 · I had a email from American Airlines today. I fly to NYC on Monday. The email asked me to complete a contact tracing form, which I have done but I’m having some issue with it. Each time I input my details and submit it tells me there’s an error on the form, but doesn’t specify where.
One attestation form must be filled out for each passenger ages 2 years or older. The attestation may be filled out by the air passenger or on behalf of the air passenger by a legal representative, such as a parent or guardian.
14 sie 2023 · I'm flying back to the US in a couple of days and received an email from AA that I must complete contract tracing forms in advance of my flight or will be denied boarding. Tried the link in the email on both my laptop and phone.
