PPS gets your shipments with a maximum weight of 100 lbs and 90 total inches (H x W x L) in size onto the next flight out from more than 150 stations around our network. You can either book in advance or simply visit one of our PPS facilities with your shipment before the next flight’s cutoff time.
Make sure you and your shipper discuss customs clearance and/or freight forwarder needs, so you’re clear on the process in advance, and so your pet doesn’t get delayed during travel. Certain breeds and animal species are not allowed into some countries.

Before your flight: Sign up for bag delivery service at least 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. At the airport: Check your bags at the ticket counter. A special indicator will be printed on your bag tags so a luxury delivery representative can identify your bags.
