Easily manage your flight booking online. You can view, change and cancel your bookings, select a seat, order a special meal, add an extra bag and more through manage booking. Use your booking reference ending in "H" and family name.

Need to make changes to your flight? Just sign in with your six digit booking reference. You can find it in our confirmation emails.

You can find your ticket number in the booking confirmation email we sent. It includes your e-Ticket, as a PDF attachment. Your ticket number is at the top left, next to your name. If you can't find that email, please contact us. If it's an Air New Zealand ticket we'll be able to help.
Step 1 is signing up online, and step 2 is clicking on a confirmation email from us. You also have the option to sign up for special offers when you book a ticket online. Because booking involves confirming your identity, we don't use a double opt-in.
