Medical Service Corps officers are professional health care administrators and executives who play a critical role leading and managing one of the nation’s largest, most diverse health care systems. There are approximately 1,000 officers in the Medical Service Corps serving in a variety of roles.
To request a complete copy of your health record, you’ll need to submit a Request Pertaining to Military Records (SF 180) to the applicable organization as identified on the form. Requests can also be made in person to your last home military hospital or clinic.
