11 lis 2015 · I have several accounts configured on my windows 10 outlook 2016 client. An office 365/exchange account, a google mail account, and several personal gmail accounts. Each one needs to use a unique signature / tag at the end of each email I send as I act on behalf of several customers.
Select File > Options > Mail > Signatures . Select the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When you're done, select Save > OK. How to change your Outlook signature or add a signature.
Select Accounts > Signatures. Select New signature, then give it a distinct name. In the editing box below the new name, type your signature, then format it with the font, color, and styles to get the appearance you want. Select Save when you're done.
