8 lis 2021 · You can cancel the subscription by contacting our Customer Support on Facebook, Twitter, Chat or by phone on 030-7515155. They can also switch the subscription to NS Flex Basic if you so please. That way it'll be easier to resub in the future.

I decided on the evening of April 22 (Friday) to change my subscription from a basic subscription to a free weekend subscription. But that night, there seemed to be a problem with the ns official website, and I couldn't log in.
2 kwi 2024 · I was confused why the subscription was not canceled. I tried to cancel one more time. When I checked after sometime, subscription was still active. I was surprised and this time I opted to change the subscription ( which was lesser price). Today, I called customer care, explaining the situation.
With NS you can easily make changes to your NS season tickets and anything related to them. For example, your personal details, optional additional season tickets and Keuzedagen. You can of course choose to transfer to a different season ticket, pause your season ticket or swap classes.
