The Diversion Center offers National Research Institute® approved Prime For Life® classes on a weekly basis. The 8-hour educational course has been shown to reduce alcohol and drug abuse in teens and adults.
From the Prevention Research Institute’s® website, Prime For Life ® is an evidence-based motivational prevention, intervention and pretreatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices.
Currently, DDS has approved the Prime for Life Intervention Component for use in the State of Georgia. This is a copyrighted product of Prevention Research Institute, Inc.
Prime For Life® is an evidence-based motivational prevention, intervention and pre-treatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices. This includes but is not limited to impaired driving offenders, college students, and young people charged with drug offenses.
