How to Register PEOS Seminar Online. In order to process the PEOS seminar, you will need to first register an account at the POEA Online Service Portal here – How to Register in POEA eRegistration Portal Online. If you already have a POEA account, please follow these steps in taking the PEOS online.

Any Filipino can register for and take the Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) online, but it is mandatory for: All Filipinos seeking land-based overseas work for the first time; and New hires who have no prior record of deployment in POEA.
Prospective OFWs should first create an e-Registration account on DMW Online Services Portal to get PEOS Certificate. The PEOS Certificate is only for first-time or aspiring OFWs. So former or returning OFWs no longer need to process their PEOS again.
You just need to register on the POEA DMW eRegistration Portal Online and the PEOS Online Portal, read through and complete the PEOS modules. You may then download and print the PEOS certificate and use it as needed.
