22 mar 2024 · If you have a Navyist Rewards credit card and have untouched Super Cash, head to the “My Points and Rewards” section on the Old Navy website. Then, scroll down to the “Convert Expired Bonus Cash to Points” section, which lets you enter your Super Cash promotional code.
Make sure you’re signed up for loyalty and have an Old Navy account. It will be under your wallet and it should let you do it the day after it expires. You only get a certain amount of days to do it.
Does anyone have any unused and expired Super Cash that I can convert to points? It has to be expired within 30 days.
If you miss using your rewards, you can convert expired Old Navy "Super Cash" and Gap "GapCash" to points via your account. Log into your account at ON/Gap. Click on your name, and select the "Earn and Redeem" tab.
Points will expire if you don’t make at least one qualifying purchase within 12 months after earning them. Points have no monetary value. How do I redeem my rewards?
