29 gru 2023 · The Ho’opi’i Falls Trail is the quintessential Kauai hike, with a path winding through a lush rainforest of vines and primeval ferns and two beautiful waterfalls, cascading down rocky cliff sides.
Take the hike uphill to the right and it will bring you up around and then you'll take a steep downhill section at a left fork to get down to the falls and waterhole. There's a lot of interesting sections and access points to the river on this short trek.

The walk to the falls can be muddy and slippery, so plan to wear decent hiking shoes and be ready to grab branches for stability. Part of the way to the falls, we came across a partially buried disk brake and steering pinion from a vehicle, then a short distance away was a vehicle chassis with the front tires and suspension and a 4 cylinder engine.
