We sat next to a guy who was speaking loudly on his phone throughout our long flight, and this is because Virgin Atlantic was selling Wi-Fi for £25. We complaint to the staff and they didn’t do anything, even one of them accused me of provoking that guy to speak loudly!!!
29 mar 2019 · If you suspect an email isn’t genuine, please don’t click on any of the links. Here’s what you should do with the email: Forward the suspicious email to our dedicated mailbox – phishing@virginmedia.com. Mark the email as spam and delete it after you’ve sent it to us.

They also provide a Virgin complaints form online for a variety of situations. They have links for everything from bookings to baggage to refunds, so just click through and fill it all out.
