As a member of Flying Club, you'll earn points every time you travel with Virgin Atlantic, or one of our partners. And there are plenty of earning opportunities on the ground too - from your weekly shop to hotel stays. Once you've earned your points, you can turn them into, well, anything you like. It's simple. On eligible flights, Flying Club members can: Collect Virgin Points and Tier Points when flying with any of our SkyTeam partners or other airline partners, accelerating both your rewards and tier status; Spend Virgin Points on Reward flights with SkyTeam partners and other airline partners

You must have booked directly with Virgin Atlantic, and not a travel agent or third-party company. You’ll need your 6-digit alphanumeric booking reference starting with A to G (e.g., A3B2DE). Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment.
