If a manual load plan is required, use DD Form 2130 or Air Force (AF) Form 4080, Load/Sequence Breakdown Worksheet. Load planning guidance by aircraft type, Model Design Series (MDS) is contained in the following AF and AMC publications. Compliance with these publications is mandatory.
Air Force Technical Orders. AFI 21-303 formerly implemented Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 21-3, Technical Orders and established policies and responsibilities for managing Technical Orders (TO). Both have been superseded.
The Technical Order (TO) applications provide information about active and available AF TOs, Time Compliant TOs (TCTOs), Country Standard TOs, and M-Symbol TOs.
