However, if your booking is on a low-cost airline like Frontier, Spirit, Ryanair, or easyJet, you’ll need to contact the airline directly. You can cancel a Travelocity flight using your itinerary number, phone number, or email address, or by logging into your Travelocity account.
From my experiences, Travelocity and Orbitz are very true to the 24 hours rule and it doesn't take much to get a full refund. Try to cancel your ticket after 24 hours for most reasons, however, and you'll be out of luck.
First, Travelocity should state on its website that travel insurance is not automatically refunded by Travelocity following 24-hour cancellation. Second, Travelocity also should state this in the email it sends to confirm cancellation.

From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
