Terrible experience using Cheapo Air. Purchased tickets international travel, $1400 approx. Due to pandemic flights were cancelled. In short i was l led on by Cheapo air for 4 months just to be informed there would be NO REFUND and then to find out no credit.

This flight was only $901 for my family and I and it was with Play airlines. The cheapoair rep then proceeded to book us on an Aer Lingus flight that was for the same dates and to and from NYC to Dublin, but this flight was much more expensive for $2,700.
Expedia are okay in that they'll sell you a legit ticket, but even with them if you need after sales service you end up with a call center rep just reading instructions from a screen. Either buy directly from the airline or use a reputable local full service agent.
