1 sty 2023 · A three-year Driving History Record (DHR) contains the driver’s status, license expiration date, driving restrictions, and traffic violations. A three-year DHR is a public record in accordance with KRS 186.018.
For each order, history records can be requested for up to 50 drivers. A three-year driving record will normally be available for viewing and printing within minutes of making the request. A record of your order will be emailed to the address you specify for confirmation.
A three-year or a full DHR can be obtained at any Driver Licensing Regional office. All offices are limited on walk-in slots; an appointment is highly recommended. The cost is $3.00 and can be paid with a debit/credit card (processing fee applies), money order, or cashier's check.
