Rsclegacy no longer exists. It was bought by RSCRevolution.com. Emulation had shut down and reopened so many times.
I'm looking for a RSC server that's the most true to the original gameplay, with as little extra content and as few quality of life changes as possible. Not too concerned about player count but I guess that's always a bonus. Recommendations very appreciated!
