31 gru 2019 · I was doing a commission with someone and suddenly while they was uploading the clothing it responded as “Upload failed. Did you use the template?”, it has the same size as I checked it and everything looks alright.

4 sty 2022 · yes i got it when i tried uploading it to my profile. From the looks of the file, you may have saved the image not following the proper image size that Roblox normally requests for (585 x 559 pixels if not mistaken). Change the size to 559 x 585 should fix it. Try checking for these:
Roblox keeps saying “Upload failed, did you use the template?” can someone tell me how to fix it? okay so this issue has been going on whenever I take a template and edit it on picsart. I don’t change the sizing or anything, all I do is add images.
