So basically I have been making a train sim, and soon realized that I wanted to make my own Speed GUI for the train when the character is sitting in the VehicleSeat. I wanted to do this because I wanted to have a GUI display the speed to MPH.
If the sound is already playing then playback will snap to the specified position. If it is not playing the Sound will begin playback at the set position when the sound is next played. As a Sound is played, TimePosition increases at a rate of Sound.PlaybackSpeed per second.
The VehicleSeat objects welds a player to the seat when the player touches the seat. It then forwards the movement keys to any connected motor joints, allowing control of a vehicle. While VehicleSeats are great for making simple vehicles they do have some limitations.
What can Seats be used for? Seats have a diverse range of uses, ranging from the obvious to the more unconventional. Creating chairs or benches without the need for any programming. Allowing characters to 'sit' in moving objects such as vehicles without getting flung around.
11 lip 2022 · The throttle so it can go above 1mph on the vehicle seat. The throttle on the vehicle seat wont go up past 1mph. I’ve looked around but nobody has put a post about this.
