19 lut 2024 · Trying to purchase tickets on Spirit’s website turns my internal “scam alert” signal on. From sneaky buttons to try to get you to enroll in the Spirit Saver$ Club (recurring annual fee: $69.95) to pop-up windows flashing with rental car deals, I find that the purchasing process is incredibly off-putting.
16 mar 2017 · We contacted Spirit only to be told that's too bad. On March 13th we were scheduled to return to Niagara Falls at 440pm. The flight was delayed by almost 1 hour departing at about 530pm.
26 maj 2024 · There are no smiles, no apologies (other than an AI email apology 😂). No compassion. From the crew, to the check in desk to the online customer service! They speak to you as if because you’re flying with them and paying their cheap prices they’re better than you. As if they don’t fly spirit, knowing damn well they all do.
