4 lis 2011 · Has anyone else had issues with Frontier's online check-in? Today, I received an email indicating that I could now check-in online. Went to the website, put in my information and the system just hangs on the screen "Please wait while we retrieve your reservation." After about 10 minutes, I gave up.
Third day of website/App problems. I know Frontier had a system upgrade a couple days ago, but I’ve been unable to make a reservation for three days now, on the website or on the app. Both have different type of errors. Website support said that update screwed everything up.
Honestly their website always has issues. I have NEVER purchased tickets on the site. I have to call Customer Service put them on speaker while I do other things. 3 hrs later I get a rep who I can’t understand.
