Prusa has build an awesome system with printables and the prusameters. However it is so sad to see people steal designs/pictures, make fake makes and reupload models that are already on the site as remixes without remixing anything.
2 lut 2023 · A couple months ago, I was able to browse the printables web site and download a printable. Now when I visit, I'm repeatedly challenged to verify I'm human and get nowhere. The site just refreshes and I get the same challenge (see attached image).

Rating is customer behavior. The quality of a model can be assessed in other ways. For example by the number of successful makes, the designer's own photos or their print, the number of unresolved issues, unanswered questions, the responsiveness of the designer, the level of documentation, etc.
If I didn't know where to find a designer for hire I'd just go where they hang out and ask, which is here, Printables, Thingiverse, etc. As long as you don't send them any money or unnecessary personal information, the worst thing that can happen is that they don't pay you for your work.
