Unauthorized charges on PayPal from Petco. Sunday morning i woke up to an alert on my phone from PayPal stating that a charge for $986.00 from Petco was authorized. I called petco first and whomever the scammer was, changed my email and used my PayPal account to purchase some kind of DNA kit and had it shipped to an address in Pennsylvania.
I saw a suggestion on here to get a visa gift card and use it up but put that card as your payment for Petco. In two months it'll automatically drop you're subscription for non-payment. Idk if there is any downside to this, but it's a possibility!
