Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.

Horrendous experience with Miles & More complete scam. Have been trying to redeem my points for voucher for 1 month and still did not recieve anything. Each time i go through their website, order the voucher, get confirmation from their Partner Cadooz that it is all confirmed and voucher will be sent, and then I do NOT recieve anything.
