Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.

I understand why this program has such low ratings. It’s a fraud. You earn miles after years and years of travel and when you try to use them they hold back and put you on waitlist, even if there are plenty of upgrade seats available. It’s a lie. They only give you the seats if they cancel them.
Total scam. First you can't do much with your miles: if you check on Skyscanner you'll find better alternatives for your flight, all the interesting flights being heavily (€400-€500) charged. Second their policy for expiring miles during the pandemic has been the worse of the entire industry.
