Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.

Do not get this card! I got burned, don’t make the same mistake. Companion ticket is almost impossible to redeem, even if it’s within the rules reps say they “can’t see any available flights”, same with bonus miles almost no flights are available to redeem them! Date of experience: March 14, 2023.
