(2) Their app doesn't work properly and (3) you frequently don't get the miles or flight segments credited that you actually executed. Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.
